Student Ministry: Middle School Family Camping Weekend

Students in 6th through 8th grade and their families are invited to join the Student Ministry for a fun filled camping weekend at Los Olmos Lodge in Glenwood, NM from Friday, June 19th through Sunday, June 21st.

There are various accommodations available for you and your family to choose from with prices varying based on selection.  Tent sites can be reserved through this registration for $75 per family.

If you would like to reserve a cabin, please book directly by calling (575) 539-2224 and be sure to indicate that you are with Cielo Vista Church as they have a block of cabins reserved for the group.
 
As of May 14th, these are the only cabins options available:

• Cabin #2: 2 Twin Beds
• Cabin #3: 1 Full Bed
• Cabin #4: 1 Full Bed no room for cot
• Cabin #9: 1 Queen Bed with room for 1 cot

Cabins are limited and are on a first come, first serve basis. We will still need you to proceed with this registration if you are staying in a cabin by selecting the selection type “Reserving a cabin on my own” so you can provide the amount of people that will be staying with you so we have an accurate count of people for food.

Activities:

• Swimming Pool (Bring your Swim Suits, Towels & Swim Shoes)
• Private Trout Lake (No license required)
• Private Bass Lake (No license required)
• Close Proximity to Catwalk Recreation Area
• A Large Lodge for Games & Gathering

Meals and water provided by CVC:

• Friday - Dinner
• Saturday - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
• Sunday - Breakfast
• Anyone with dietary restrictions will be responsible for providing their own meals for the duration of camping dates

Families may bring their own drinks and snacks for their family.  If you would like to share with other families you are more than welcome to but are not required.

Please note:

• Transportation will not be provided by CVC
• All middle school students attending must be accompanied by at least 1 adult
